As a member of the Donor Advised Funds Team, Ryan works with current donors to plan their grantmaking and to introduce new donors to the various ways they can enhance their giving through the Foundation.

Ryan previously led the fundraising and marketing efforts at KNOX for 9 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in policy analysis, a major he designed himself to combine his studies within the public policy and economics departments.

What do you enjoy most about Greater Hartford?
I grew up in Wethersfield and have lived in Hartford for the past decade. It’s home. You can find great golf courses, hiking trails, and neighborhood restaurants without getting on the highway.

Are you involved in any volunteer activities?
I previously served as a board member of the Center for Latino Progress and as a member of the City of Hartford’s Clean Energy Task Force.
