As Director of Development Francesca manages a team of Development officers and a portfolio of 70 prospects.

Francesca joined the Foundation in 2016 as member of the donor advised fund team where her responsibilities included donor stewardship, fund liaison and grant making process. Previously, Francesca held roles in the non-profit sectors and corporate sector including banking, area hospitals and higher education.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Trinity College.

I am a member of the Connecticut Women’s Council and serve as president of the Trinity Club of Hartford.
