Cenit supports the Foundation's human resources administration functions including payroll, new staff recruitment and orientation. She earned a BA in Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from IONA University, and has certifications in Project Management from IONA and Deliberative Dialogue and Mediation from Quinnipiac University. Previously, Cenit spent 15 years working for Montefiore Medical Center in NYC and 4 years with the State of CT supporting the state's human resources administration efforts in diversity, equity and inclusion and equal employment opportunity regulation. Most recently, she supported Wesleyan University's human resources administration and recruitment initiatives.

What do you enjoy most about Greater Hartford? 
Since my family and I relocated to CT in 2018, we've had the opportunity to explore the cultural richness, natural beauty, and New England charm that Greater Hartford has to offer. It is wonderful to be able to hike through a trail or park in the morning, later drive to take in some river views during lunch, and squeeze in a performance and dinner in downtown Hartford by day's end without endless traffic or tolls.
