Hartford Foundation’s Nonprofit Support Program Launches New Website
New site developed based on needs and feedback of Greater Hartford's nonprofit community
The Hartford Foundation's Nonprofit Support Program (NSP) is dedicated to supporting Greater Hartford's nonprofit community. NSP's relationships with Greater Hartford's nonprofits yield a unique understanding of trends within the sector, allowing staff to respond to their ever-changing needs. When it was time to update and redesign its website, NSP reached out to local nonprofits to get their suggestions on everything from the design to the content of the site. This new site responded to these recommendations.
"The Nonprofit Support Program exists to support and strengthen the capacity of Greater Hartford's nonprofits," said NSP Associate Director Meher Shulman. "This site was designed to respond to the changing needs and interests of nonprofits and to provide timely information and resources to make their jobs easier. Our staff strives to do all we can to support local nonprofits and leaders and this site is intended to allow us to serve the sector even more effectively."
