Hartford Foundation Submits Testimony Supporting Voting Rights Expansion

As part of our efforts to dismantle structural racism and achieve equity in social and economic mobility in Greater Hartford, we are committed to promoting civic and resident engagement in our region. Several proposals, including two state constitutional amendments about voting rights expansion, may be considered by the legislature next week. We have provided written testimony on several of these initiatives to support community voice and voting access for all.
