Hartford Foundation for Public Giving Launches “Your Giving, Your Way” Donor-Advised Fund Ad Campaign to Demonstrate How You Can Make a Difference in Your Community and World
Everyone has their own unique set of charitable interests, acquired across a lifetime: a local food pantry, a school or college, a regional arts organization, a national environmental group.
Many people have a desire to make a lasting contribution and leave a legacy, yet don’t have a charitable giving plan; frankly, they don’t know where to start. A new advertising campaign just launched by the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving hopes to show the benefits of a having a long-term giving strategy that can connect your vision for the community with a giving plan that has lasting impact.
“In addition to reinforcing the Foundation’s expertise and role as a comprehensive center for giving, we hope this campaign raises awareness of the flexible and customized giving opportunities that the Foundation offers. Our goal is to educate people about donor-advised funds, which allow individuals and families to centralize their giving in one place and make distributions to nonprofits on their own timetable,” said Doretta Andonucci, communications manager at the Hartford Foundation.
Working with the Hartford-based creative team at CO:LAB, the Foundation has produced a series of print, digital and television ads that will run through the fourth quarter of this year. The campaign underscores the fact that donor-advised funds from the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving offer you the flexibility to support the charities and causes that matter to you, in our community and around the globe.
